Refund Policy

• Delivery Timeline: Orders within Maharashtra are delivered in 5–6 working days. Outside Maharashtra, deliveries take 9–10 working days.

• Unboxing Proof: Kindly record a video while unboxing your parcel. This video is mandatory proof for any refund or replacement requests.

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only if products are found damaged or missing at the time of delivery, as shown in the unboxing video.

• No refund will be processed without an unboxing video.
